They had a requirement to upgrade their old IT infrastructure across two sites, but had to retain the functionality they have with some old legacy systems running older versions of Windows which they need to maintain running for production reasons.

We came up with a solution that isolated the legacy systems to keep them protected against modern threats, while implementing up to date systems for their office workers utilising a hybrid solution of on premise and cloud based systems for email and files.

Coupled with their need to utilise the latest version of Sage, we planned a migration. The company had practically no downtime while we switched over to new computers, software and telephony while maintaining secure access to the legacy systems. It was a complex requirement but the implementation was done rapidly and with little incident, giving testament to the planning and testing that had gone in to the project beforehand. Throughout the process, we provided a high level of support to the client, and we continue with on-going IT support to this day.
