Using Multi Factor Authentication, all devices were secured and we migrated all users over seamlessly so that future deployment of solutions became “one click”, once approved.

This was a particularly challenging project because the customer had a myriad of devices working across different platforms and software solutions, so a robust testing phase was put in place which ensured we had an approved solution before deployment.

The customer was especially impressed by our ability to work outside of normal hours to fulfil their requirements, and they are one of our many on-going happy IT support customers.
