Remote support and onsite support
Amita uses what it sells and therefore supports what it uses. Remote support and onsite support are both standard. Remote working and mobile workforces are a speciality. The engineer who assists you will have similar equipment, software and needs as you so they will be able to facilitate the issue in the fastest possible time. We utilise tracking devices and software on all of our vehicles so we know where the closest engineer is and can dispatch them without delay.
Network & Infrastructure
Amita offer a free of charge network audit when customers join. This provides us with the chance to understand the clients network and also make recommendations to improve setups. Amita are also proactive in their monitoring of networks, and issues are highlighted immediately so they can be fixed before they affect business performance. New network installations are carried out by Senior Technicians and over seen by dedicated project managers.

24/7 IT Support is used in conjunction with Amita’s standard IT Support Service and provides support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. It provides complete peace of mind that your network is supported out of hours from 5pm to 9am, weekends and bank holidays.
